So the weather seemed great for some evening fishing. After fighting traffic and picking up some dinner, I got to the lake around 530. Later than I had hoped, but I was happy to see a few fishing jumping. The water is quite low, by the way, and was pretty clear and didn't feel terribly cold. I pumped up my boat in record time and started trolling. I only had about 20 minutes before it started getting dark and spent maybe an hour and a quarter total on the water and in that time was able to land one small bass and this medium largemouth, sorry the pic is blurry. Not the hottest fishing, but that's actually the biggest bass I've landed in a while and not bad for December. I think I caught fish every month of this year.

I forgot to mention I caught them on a pink, bucktail spinner that I bought mainly to tease my girlfriend. She wanted me to catch some fish on it and now I have.

Side note: if you want to always catch fish, have your girlfriend pick the color of lures. Works for me
