Ours didn't start blooming here in Rockport until Jan. 10th. Most all the tips had buds, but only about ten bloomed. Maybe the late timing, or the temperature? Looks just like your pic, but with only about ten flowers this year. A lady friend in Flower Bluff had a huge one, that had yellow AND pink flowers. Unfortunately, the freeze last Feb. killed it. Ours was given to us by a Winter Texan years ago, and she had never seen it bloom, probably because she used to haul it back to Iowa every Spring. The first season it stayed here, it bloomed. At least she got to see it with flowers. Thanks for your post. IslandJim
