I will approve this, as long as those under 55 are not allowed to vote.

I agree. I’m over 55 and what pisses me off is after you check your own self out, they want to stop you at the door and give you a freakin performance evaluation !!

I'm all for it. Bring back the cashiers. I didn't work for 50 years to retire to scanning items I am purchasing. Unless they start applying a discount for my labor. What's next, making your own Big Mac and Fries? At least it would be done right.

56 and don't like self-checkout but if it works correctly I have never have issues with my purchases and do it quickely. The 20-somethings at Whataburger/Taco Bell can't even get my orders correct.

65 here and I prefer self check as long as I don't have coupons or a ton of stuff. Suits my introverted self perfectly.

I don’t really mind the self checkouts. It keeps me from having to deal with a pierced, tattooed, purple haired 20 year old fat girl who doesn’t know potato from a tomato.

I held up the checkout line yesterday when the register flashing red light went off buying windshield washer fluid. There's an age limit on it because of the yutes drinking it challenges.

82 here and like the self checkout. I even use the phone app at Sam's Club. Especially like it when they have to call someone to verify that I am old enough to buy wine.

Yep. Try buying fruit/veggies or beer at a self checkout. There will be there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Not as bad as incompetent simpletons with bad attitudes because they hate their jobs and life. If decent customer service ever became a thing again. I would consider going through the regular check out. Those days are long gone.
