Sad deal and thoughts and prayers go out to Brady and Scott.

I talked to the only 2 witnesses to the accident and they both said it happened really close to them and it was just a strange event.

They were able to get the proper authorities notified and help on the way in a timely manner.

Life can literally change in an instant.

Been good friends with Brady a long time. Shanda and I will be praying for his recovery. As well as Scott. I know both these guys are veterans on the water. I have not seen the pics, but like Chris said above, CC is one of their home lakes, and with GPS on graphs Id imagine they were trying to avoid something.
Either way prayers sent to both.

Brady is in stable condition (from what I understand) and will be undergoing surgery on his legs/ankle today. He will be intubated and sedated for the next 2-3 days while they work to repair the damages. At this time, it doesn't appear that he will have any mobility issues moving forward... just a long road to recovery ahead. Keep praying!

Lots of speculations and stuff flying around. I am sure everyone will get the full details when it is appropriate to share. I can say it was a accident and Scott is out of the hospital and has been up there with Brady and his family. Brady’s sister has posted that the back surgery went well and no complications. They were waiting to make sure he was stable this morning before they went to surgery on his legs and ankle. Kevin may have more updated info on that.

No problem. I'm talking to someone who is talking directly to Brady's wife.

Prayers for both these good fellas. Looks like they were partners, good guys and experienced.

I look back on times as a co angler running across Rayburn in heavy fog with my life 100% in the hands of a stranger that I drew the night before and may or may not have met at the meeting. I found comfort in believing that the person wants to live as long as I do and kept my head on a swivel and watched the graph out of the corner of my eye. Can't hear anything. [censored] is sketchy for sure.
