Anyone know what happened today at Cedar Creek? Heard that Brady Winans and Scott Dean were involved. Also heard that Brady is in bad shape. Prayers sent up for both of them.

Found this post on FB from Monte Coon...

"Please keep our fishing friends Brady Winans and Scott Dean in your prayers they were in a horrific boating accident this morning on Cedar Creek Lake. Brady Is currently in surgery with a broken back, leg, ribs and multiple other injuries. I’ve heard that Scott is in stable condition. I don’t know any details of the accident just what I’ve seen on FB in the last hour. Pray for a full recovery for these great guys."

….and it was VERY foggy on the lake I was at this morning. Not far from CC. But…don’t know if CC was, or not.

From what I heard, Brady is in bad shape, but more or less stable. He had a fractured back, fractured ribs, broken leg and ankle. They did successful surgery on his back to relieve pressure on his spine. Scott is banged up, but ok from what I’ve heard. Prayers are working! Keep ‘em going!

No details yet but apparently Scott was driving and they impacted the dam. Brady was ejected and sustained serious injuries. I heard Scott was just released from hospital.

were the anglers let go in foggy conditions? if so, that's not good. there is liability in those circumstances. I feel horrible for Scott and Brady and their families. Many prayers to them!
