We are gearing up for another season and have made some changes. This year as our first year saw many rule changes. That is done and gone and rules are set and will not change for 2022. A couple of big changes, first we will no longer track meeting attendance for points towards AOY. Second, you MUST join and pay a membership fee no later than Feb 28, 2022. No new members will be accepted after the deadline to deter someone trying to jackpot a lake.
We had a few good sponsors this year who will be with us heading into 2022 and we are looking to add a few more. Our championship this past October had 8 boats competing for over $3400.00 and every boat took home money.
Event Type: Team or Individual Membership Fee: $25.00
2022 Schedule: Feb - 12 Lewisville Mar - 5 Ray Roberts Apr - 9 Possum Kingdom May - 7 Texoma Jun - 11 Amon G. Carter Jul - 9 Lewisville Aug - 6 Eagle Mountain Sep - 10 Bridgeport Oct 8 & 9 Championship Lake TBD

How do you qualify for the championship, what are the tournament costs, and do you host any open events?

How do you qualify for the championship, what are the tournament costs, and do you host any open events? Must fish 5 of the 8 tournaments. Entry is $80 per boat, team or individual. And yes, we are planning on hosting an open late January.

Currently sitting at 21 boats confirmed with another 10 or so showing interest. We are holding an open this weekend where you'll have a chance to sign up for this years trail. Details below:
It's going to be a little chilly but sunny, no chance of rain and low winds so we are going ahead with the tournament, so get out here and get your first tournament of the year on. NOTE: We are changing the ramp due to Westlake's courtesy dock being out of commission. We are going to use Arrowhead Boat ramp leg 1. The Hickory Creek police do check so be sure to purchase a day pass. They are $10 and accept credit cards. If you aren't already registered for the trail this is your chance.
Lewisville Open: When: January 29th Where: Lake Lewisville Boat Ramp: Arrowhead Boat Ramp Leg 1 located at 1 Kelton Ave, Hickory Creek, TX 75065 Take off: 7:30am Weigh in: 3:30pm Entry: $80 per boat and you can fish as a team or individual. Includes $10 for big bass Will pay back 1 for every 5 boats 5 Fish limit - All Bass (Largemouth, Spot, Smallmouth, Guadalupe) must be 14" in length
We'll be set up at the ramp for registration starting at 6:30am.
If you have any questions you can reach out to me.
