Does anyone have any experience installing a trolling motor box on a 2000 model Skeeter with 2 seat pins on the front deck? I don’t think I have enough room for the the cutout ! Ideas ???

What model Skeeter? I have a 2003 TZX-190 (18' 6"). It has the dual seat pin locations. Trolling motor tray fits well.

Mine sure wouldn’t fit. I have a 2003 TZX190…my TrollPerfect BARELY fits with a single post hole. I have about two inches from the metal plate that the hole is in to the rectangle tray cutout. The hole wasn’t made yet, but it is a noticeably larger pedal tray. The hole is basically inline with the bungee rod straps.

I purchased my tray from Gonecatching in the Trading Post - Swap - Classifieds Section. He installed it as part of a bigger job of new boat carpet and bunks. It is a powder-coated aluminum tray. Here is a closer look of the tray. The photos were taken right after he did the work and before I put all my stuff back at the bow (graph, heading sensor, etc). SteezMacQueen......great looking tray.

Yours looks exactly like mine when i take off the red trim plate.

If you mean the clamshell where the trolling motor wiring goes into the bow, I got a set of those off Amazon. It is polished stainless steel. ~$12 for 10. ClamshellIf you mean the black cover where the clamshell and trim switch is located, that is original to the boat.
