Would it be worth the cost to upgrade from a older 93svc to a uhd gt54. I run libescope but I am looking for better side scan features.

Option 2 would be buy a hummingbird helix 9 which is almost twice the cost.

Mega Imaging + on a helix 9 is hard to beat the quality and crispness of the images. Garmin is not even close imo.

I love my livescope, but humminbird wins for SI and DI.

Mega imaging is the way to go. The bummer is trying to get one. Especially the 9's. It took me 3 months- lol Supply chains are struggling right now.

Livescope Technology at the current moment, Garmin all the way....... Until ??????
