Pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses. Not too bad, about $300 after insurance. A nice rod and reel combo a little more than that.

Surprised someone hasn't said their boat. Actually, I had the coast guard capsize my boat under tow. I lost 17 rods and reels, tackle boxes, boat equipment, depth finder, GPS, my wife and my phone, wallet with credit cards and drivers license, etc. They cut the boat off and said it was salvage and they would not pay for the loss because they were carrying out their duty. The equipment not covered by insurance was over $20,000. Not a great day. So, feel a little better about the phone.

Lost an iPhone prefishing a bass open. Jason Christie was loading up next to me on the ramp. I slipped on the algae ratcheting up my boat and chunked my iPhone as I fell. Insult to injury was I still had my auto pfd on. It blew open. Christie came running over to help, then when I assured him I was ok, he laughed for the next four days every time he saw me. Even at the local tackle shop. He asked me for my phone number. Hahaha.
And then you woke up.

Band broke on Rolex Submariner when I pushed off from a tree on Ray Roberts. Had a good spot on where it went In. Water 12 ft deep and stained in March. Scuba diving friend came up in May and found it In under 5 minutes.
Some people go to church and think about fishing. Some go fishing and think about God.

I wonder how many iPhones are at the bottom of Texas lakes. Sounds like a lot.
I've also lost some Costas, ratchets for my boat cover and a brand new Shimano reel, still in the box.
