Went out to catch some sandies. Started hammering them in about 25 ft of water. Occasionally we would hook a nice catfish. We have caught catfish up to 20 lbs here b4. Buddy sets the hook and that spinning reel started to sing. He started adjusting the drag and off it went again. We both said catfish big one!. I was going to grab it with the lip clamps when we both saw it swim by the boat. We screamed BIG BASS HUGE BASS get the net Lol. Easiest bass I ever netted she was very tired of that spinning reel. So next time you hook a big bass just assume its a catfish very easy to land lol.

FISH WAS RELEASED!
