Wishing Ken a quick recovery, met him for the first time on Athens about two months ago and we both had smashed em that day so it was cool getting to chat with him for a while after we got our rigs loaded….

It kind of hurts my feelings that nobody thought I was injured in cross fit. I mean it could happen, I could be driving by a cross fit place and spill my coffee and lose control of the truck or something....
Neal G, I know you mess with me from a place of love...and I actually think you're older than me so better be careful what "ailments" you make fun of, these things have karma attached!!!!
In all seriousness I did have some complications and got pretty sick for about 8 days starting about 4 days post op. But I'm feeling way better, ditched the walker, no cane, now just spending 3 days a week with these people that call them selves physical therapist but I think just really like to cause people pain.

Especially the ones who's sisters are their aunts. I mean, they're in the clear, right?
