So my ultrex built in transducer got water inside and messed it up. It is a 2018 skeeter with factory installed Lowrance units. I am thinking of getting a livescope up front to inplace of the 9in lowrance that was just running 2d. Question is should I get a garmin unit with a transducer or without. I was leaning towards the 1022 which would strictly be a display for livescope. Or.......should I scrap all the above and get a bird with 360?

Bird is the word.. I am looking forward to the mega live, but I really think the 360 is the bees knees. I am totally ruined, every cast counts and on the mark.

But If it was me, put it all on paper and see how each add up.

It's a hard choice, so it would be much better if you went out with someone who had the options you are thinking about. Instant message me, i can send you many screenshots from the 360. But you only see structure, anything close to the bottom blends in. But i know this, and focus on the structure.
