They are being detained in state jails for 30+ days, then ICE brings them into custody after serving state time. Then, most of them released to a town near you.

Welcome to the Forum Hippy but realistically what can the Conservatives do on the national level. Dems control both Houses of Congress at least til next year! They cant Impeach ANYONE cause Nancy P will just laugh and giggle! The Governors are trying their best to stop this mess!

Welcome to the Forum Hippy but realistically what can the Conservatives do on the national level. Dems control both Houses of Congress at least til next year! They cant Impeach ANYONE cause Nancy P will just laugh and giggle! The Governors are trying their best to stop this mess! I hear ya, and I don't know. But if this continues we soon will have nothing but ILLEGAL ALIENS in our towns, and we get to pay for their housing/medical/and everything else. I don't want to pay for those scumbags. There has to be SOME WAY to close the border. Biden is RUINING our Country ON PURPOSE. wtf... There just seems to be a way that I have no clue about. Higher ranking Conservatives such as Linsey Graham and his crew should be able to come up with SOMETHING... We, you and I are not privy to a lot of high power decisions. I feel common sense wise, there has to be a way.

While working in the boarder area I had a conversation with a DPS trooper one night at the Holiday Inn.
He told me that they are taken to a facility, processed (I.D. established, photographed, recorded, etc.) then they are given a (forgot what he called it) orders to appear in court and then they are released.
He said that outside of the facility where all this happens the ground is just littered with the pieces of paper that have the court date. These people are free to roam where they want to on the premise that they "promise" to show in court when they are supposed to. Pretty much nailed it. If the illegal has a criminal past they most likely will be deported This is what I've read/heard first hand from a DPS officer as well

dps is not turning them over to cbp, they arrest and jail them then deport.
we now have a LOT of national guard down there as well (hopefully with baldwin bullets) to stop the next caravan from crossing.
In Del Rio DPS is arresting them for criminal trespass. A processing facility (court) is located at the local GEO. They will stay until the court date. Pay the fine and let go. DPS will hand over the aliens and smugglers in the attempt of alien smuggling to BP. The state can not deport them. They may stay in jail if hey have a felony on record. Yes we have approx. 1800 National Guard. The NG just bought a housing camp just north of the city headed to the lake. This was a trailer park they are using for space since there is not enough rooms avail in the city. The next caravan is not supposed attempt to cross this way but Abbot has advised it will not be in DR again. Way to many rumors which people don't know about. The state can not Deport period.

Almost a no win situation for Abbott unless they keep them from crossing the river. And Sleepy Joe knows that- maybe or someone will try to tell him!
