I was originally thinking Dakota's on my recent set up, but the shipping times ran me off. Hopefully that wont be an issue as getting shipments in from the west coast. Dakota's were going to run about $50 more for the same battery. I went a head and went with the AMPED lithium, just cause i was in a hurry to get it put together. Had it in 2 days after ordering, and not the 4-6 weeks on the Dakota.

Fished all day Saturday and never saw any real voltage drop on the 30 amp/hr. From their chart I should be getting right at 13 hours running both units as my expected user time.

I have a dedicated lithium battery for my livescope. It is from ampedoutdoors.com
12AH LITHIUM BATTERY (LIFEPO4)
I usually fish 4-5 hours and the lowest it drops is 12.8 volts.
I have been very pleased with it.

32 AH Amped Outdoors for me. Been out 5 times with it and it's still at 100%! Light weight and runs black box and 93sv all day. Ran me about $260. Good people to work with.

I run a GyLL 100 AH that powers three graphs (2 'Bird 10" , 1 Garmin 12" and LiveScope). A normal day, the indicator on any graph will start off at about 12.8V. After 5-6 hrs of constant graphs running, they will usually show 12.3V. So yes, absolutely a GyLL lithium is the way to go.

The GYLL LIFEPOWER4 12V 100 AH LITHIUM BATTERY has been a huge hit. Some say it is overkill but you will not find a finer battery weighing in at 22 lb in a group 24 12v 100 AH for the money. If you are running multiple graphs along with any Live Sonar "Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird" you will want the power from a GyLL battery.
We also offer the 33 AH 12.8v Lion Core Lithium and charger.

I think the 13 hours is a very conservative estimate,. because you wont have the unit powered up the whole trip.. I put mine in sleep mode between spots.

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I bought two DeWalt 20V batteries with a charger for $169.00. added an adapter for $39.00. Fished for 5 hours on one battery and it was still 60% charged. Worked great. I will carry the extra battery along just in case. I can also use the batteries on some of my other tools as well. You can also buy knockoff batteries for about $35.00 ea. Haven't tried them yet but have heard that they work just as well.

Ok, if one uses one lithium battery to power both the screen and module. What source provides the connections from battery to two different units ? Amped.com or a better retailer online ??

I made a splitter so I could connect two units to one source.

It’s going to depend on the battery style. If you have threaded lugs, you just need ring terminals on your graph & module, along with the fuses.

If you have the blade style posted above, go to NAPA and buy the proper slide on connectors for each power cable.
