I can remember back in the day when you started a fire in fire box and played with it for a few hours and jacked with the vents and fine tuned it to get to the right temp, kept an eye on it vigilantly during the whole process, then I bought a pellet grill and enjoy BBQ much more. It's kind of like what Livescope has done for me, I'll never go back.

That’s some good looking BBQ. As a state, we should be very proud of the number of quality BBQ places we have.

BBQ...need more definition. If you are from beyond Oklahoma BBQ is anything you put on a grill, smoker or any outdoor cooking device. Inside Oklahoma to Texas, BBQ is anything on a Smoker, everything else is grilling.

I've been meaning to eat there for a while. It's legit. I went a few weeks ago. Everyone there is super nice. When I went the wait was about 30 minutes and they gave out free beer while you waited. And they are more than happy to give you a tour of their Pits. Their homemade bread is awesome.

Inside Oklahoma to Texas, BBQ is anything on a Smoker, everything else is grilling. It’s Texas Monthly, all the restaurants are in Texas…none of the places listed are grilling briskets. It’s all BBQ.

That’s some good looking BBQ. As a state, we should be very proud of the number of quality BBQ places we have. Many years ago I read a good article on the differences in types and styles of BBQ all over the country. The author traveled all over and tried all types. His final review was the worst BBQ in Texas was still better than the best BBQ anywhere else.

It's kind of like what Livescope has done for me, I'll never go back. I have a pellet grill as well, and love it to death. I only have one issue. I can't get any freaking bark on my briskets. I've watched several YouTube videos, but no luck. Are you able to get a bark on your brisket with the pellet grill? If so, please share your secret.
