I spoke to customer service, they told me that the boards were 4 months out but would discount the price 50%

Two options. Drive the boat into shallow water or tie a rope to it and pull it up. Either will force the pressure relief bypass valve to open. #rd option is cut the hose.

That’s pretty much it. If at all possible I would pull it up with a rope, most of the time when they won’t come up it’s because of a busted line and they’re fairly easy to pull up. I did have to drive one shallow once and it didn’t appear to hurt anything but it twisted the fiberglass shaft enough that if you touched it you got a handful of fiberglass splinters. It still held just fine so I covered it with bed liner material.

Sorry for not understanding on one of the points-why are you driving shallow if poles are stuck down and won't come up? I get the rope idea. What does driving shallow do?

Idling up into shallow water will force the poles to retract some when they start scraping bottom. Kind of hard to get a rope around the top knuckle when they are fully deployed without going for a swim.

Their product is hugely successful and a big part of it is customer service. Power Pole will take care of you.

You'll need the serial numbers off your poles and that is about it
