Well, I dumped all the nicotine products. 3 day stay in hospital didn’t hurt the effort. LOL!


Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

You've got this Jeff.

You have them nearby with your wife which would be a slippery slope for me. Unfortunately, my addiction was to a more sinister chemical but it wasn't available in every convenience store.

I have a sobriety date of 6/7/08 and would tell you that with nicotine, so much of the harm is from the tobacco and not the nicotine. That's for a fully developed brain, so for kids, it's different.

Don't beat yourself up over some nicotine use. Getting off the tobacco is huge but I can understand wanting to conquer the addiction.
