I think unless they make an NFC Championship game, Moore will be the Head Coach next season....just my gut If Quinn keeps improving the defense and stays on staff Moore might be a good HC. exactly....name Quinn DC and assistant head coach or something.....let Moore keep the offensive play calling and get him a good "OC" to help him be eyes in the sky (think someone like Kitna)....this is going to happen

I was not a real big fan of hiring McCarthy but I sure am not ready to kick him to the curb and hand the job to Moore. I also wanted Urban Myer to be the coach and for the Cowboys to draft one of those young QB's, then trade Dak, shows what the hell I know, lol.

I was not a real big fan of hiring McCarthy but I sure am not ready to kick him to the curb and hand the job to Moore. I also wanted Urban Myer to be the coach and for the Cowboys to draft one of those young QB's, then trade Dak, shows what the hell I know, lol. It's OK buddy....we still love ya here in Cowboy land!!! Come on in! The water's fine!!!

I was not a real big fan of hiring McCarthy but I sure am not ready to kick him to the curb and hand the job to Moore. I also wanted Urban Myer to be the coach and for the Cowboys to draft one of those young QB's, then trade Dak, shows what the hell I know, lol. I say give McCarthy this year. If he struggles then move on. He just seems like a guy collecting a paycheck to me. He does not seem like their leader. He makes the oddest decisions at times and his clock management has been bad in multiple games.

I think the girls are playing better as a whole team than I have seen in years. I like Dax and he may prove me wrong about him doing well this year. I am not sure about MM, I didn't think he was that great in GB. I am not sure who you replace him with tho. Good luck to the Cowboys fans either way.

I've seen enough oddball judgements from him to say he's not the guy. On KM it is a whole different perspective from OC to HC. Sean McVay and Sean Peyton seem to have made it happen as an offensive mind and also being HC. I just think Moore is the shizzle and it would be a team loss if he went somewhere else.
