Yes Mark, Moore is key to keep.

I wonder whose game plan was utilized the last 2 weeks, Fat Mac's, KM's, or collaborative. Both game plans were what was needed to attack the strengths of the defenses they were playing.

I've already passed my judgement on Fat Mac. He's made multiple time management decisions over the last 2 seasons. He brought Mike Nolan in here AND stuck with his historically failing system. He's sticking with Bones Fassel whose special teams continually screw up. McCarthy has little upside and more downside. Only thing I can say is he has a history of playoffs and a SB but also failure to get to the SB with one of the better Qb's in recent history of the League.

Thumbs down on MM ! Not sure if KM is HC material but you're right, he must stay with the organization. Jerrah, break out the checkbook !

Moore had his chance to leave, he stayed, probably a reason for that. As far as him being the next great thing, many on here said the same for Kris Richard, is he even coaching in the NFL now ? The one thing I am liking about Moore is he is not trying to run into loaded boxes like what Garrett would do, I am sure McCarthy has something to do with how these games are called, Jimmy was not the Offensive Co either but he had an influence on when to run or pass.

Richard is the DBs coach for the Saints.

I think unless they make an NFC Championship game, Moore will be the Head Coach next season....just my gut

Read this in another place. Watching it (Mac interview) now on FS1. Sounds kinda like horse hockey crawfishin' to hear Fat Mike give this "explanation". No confidence in him as a HC.

I think Moore stayed in Dallas to gain more coaching experience plus I'm sure Jerrah gave him a raise. Timing didn't seem right to leave, whatever. He'll ba a hot coaching commodity though after this year seeing the Cowboy game plans and offensive cohesiveness.

FTR I didn't know enough about Richard and I wasn't one of the many internet Cowboy "experts" calling for him to become HC for the 'Boys. I called often and loud for Garrett to be run out of town for several years before he was though.

If Quinn keeps improving the defense and stays on staff Moore might be a good HC.

I think Garrett's struggles as OC in NY are showing he needed to go. He will probably get the are in NY soon if they keep playing so bad.

I agree, he could be, but he needs a lot of help and a strong older DC IMHO, but again, I think we can start to see playoff victories soon and maybe even .......
