Fun to watch last play.
In this era's NFL their are not the really dominant teams. Most games are pretty even. There are some exceptions like the Browns who stacked talent for years getting so many overall 1st picks in the draft and always very high round picks. That stacks talent if they can put together a good staff and system.
Great quarterbacking, good lines, and a good defense can get you a long way to being near dominant.
Cowboys have a little ways to go to be a good team.

Play calling gets a thumbs up so far yes are there more penalty yards than rushing?
