So to give some idea of my path here, our daughter came home sick from school on Friday 8/20 and we both got her crud by Sunday night. We all three tested positive on Tues 8/24. 8/25 I had a 2 hour videochat with a client and was exhausted afterwards. Don't really remember most of 8/26-27 - fever and sleeping, and wasn't eating or drinking. Redhead called ambulance on Sat 8/28 when my O2 levels were crashing.

Over the next week week in the hospital, I apparently was much worse than I realized - wife & doctor were talking about intubation it seems.

The last 2-3 days my breathing is improving and we're slowly reducing my O2 support, but it's still substantial. I am getting tired of blood draws and IV's and all the other indiginities involved.

But I'm breathing. In and out. Just like Mal with Serenity, I'm still here - that's a win.
