Not trying to step on Okie's turf but weighed in this am at 192.6 after a tough week and limited time at the gym.

Coming back to the office hasn't helped either because I get bored and instead of doing something I need to, I either snack or jump on TFF. At least I can buy healthier snacks.

Awesome job, Blue. My motivation has definitely waned this month. Too busy with other projects for now. I'll get back, eventually. Keep up the good!

Thanks Okie. We need to hit the gym someday. I had my trainer friend put me through a twelve station circuit training last night and it absolutely kicked my A--. Hopefully it will help me get to my target of 185 lbs (hopefully before I die of a heart attack during one of these sessions).

I didn't see the the September post before I posted in the August thread.
**********************************************************************************

started at 270.
have a had a tough year. lost my mom in February and my DIL in May.
had lots of family and friends come to town that we hadn't seen in a while because of Covid.
we ate and drank all we could during this time.
I had gotten down to 224, but after I came out of the wash i'm rolling around at 233 as of this morning.
goal is still 210. I will get there it's just going to take some more dedication...……...

Try this when you get bored. These are some of the exercises I do.

Cardio?!?!?!?

I'd rather crawl under a treadmill and press it then then jog on it.

JK - I try to get some cardio and will try to get some more in but right now I'm on a heavy lift cycle and it is adding some mass as well water retention. I need to drop 5 lbs in the next week to keep on track.

I just thought I'd try to keep you busy so you don't get bored while at work. It's only 12 min.🙂 . Hope you reach your goal for next week thumb

Still Weigh In consistently at 207 or so, my new goal is 195, and to complete a half ironman within the next two years!
