Looks like he had a better day today from what his family posted on FB. He is still fighting hard and so far is not intubated. I hope he continues to improve.

Midday update. They put Dad back on bipap last night thinking he would have more oxygen and sleep better. Then they put him back on the high flow nasal cannula vapotherm like he was on yesterday around 4 am and his oxygen levels have been holding steady around high 80 low 90% since then. He was able to text us last night before he went to sleep. So hopefully this sounds like a good start to today. He just called and talked to us on the phone for 10 minutes!

Prayers for Skeeter.
If you know anyone that has risk factors they should get the Regeneron Monocolnal Infusion. My wife’s dad and mom tested positive. Her dad has several significant risk factors such as emphysema and on oxygen. They both got the infusion. Mom is doing good. It put Dad in the hospital but with his risk factors it could have been worse. Still not out of the woods yet but looking good at this point. This ^^^^^.. This is what you need if you can get it.. At my wife's hospital they are giving them remdesivir early and it is not working..My wife's hospital does not have Regeneron and that is the problem.. Most here in DFW do not get the right treatment.. Please keep praying.. Take D3 with zinc and vitamin c and that helps before you get it... You need a strong immune system..Lord please do not let Sketter go on a vent.. At minimum Vit D has shown effective to minimizing early symptoms. Cheap, and it's good for nerve health. And you'd think all our outdoors time would make a difference, but my Vit D was barely above the low line before I started supplementing. Genetics plays a huge role in how your body produces and/or stores vitamins.
