As for the vaccine. Nope.
Over 75% of the population of Israel has got the shot. Over 50% of all people in hospitals in Israel have had the shot.

The bad news, doctors say, is that half of Israel's seriously ill patients who are currently hospitalized were fully vaccinated at least five months ago. Most of them are over 60 years old and have comorbidities. The seriously ill patients who are unvaccinated are mostly young, healthy people whose condition deteriorated quickly." Isreal tribune.

People can ignore those numbers or not. I pay more attention to numbers in the US. To each his own.

And that sounds horrible until you realize they had a total of 400 people hospitalized for Covid as of August 14, 2021...and, yes, 250 had been fully vaccinated, although I do not see their ages or if they were immunocompromised at the time of their initial inoculation (plays a really big role in the effectiveness of vaccines)...There's a lot of things that go into why someone that is vaccinated may end up hospitalized after a breakthrough case. Pfizer's efficacy wanes, especially after 6 months, and it is not as effective against Delta, which is why Israel started boosters...

Just proves that getting the shot is of no use to keep you safe. Why would you say that? Didn't you say 75% of them have the shot and 50% of those in the hospital had it too? That means 25% of the public represents 50% the Covid hospitalizations. I read from their director a week ago and she was talking about how the Delta was changing the numbers. Almost all the patients in hospitals before the onset of Delta were unvaccinated. She said that changed when Delta cases started. She said that 86% of their new cases were Delta which is not as deadly per case as the Alpha but was much more contagious. She then said more of the vaccinated were getting the Delta but they were not as likely to have serious problems with it. To me thats pretty good incentive.

Oh by all means rush out and get ivermectin and be sure to get hcq and all of the other vitamins that folks are claiming you should take as well. Do remember to sacrifice a chicken and a goat weekly too.
Because remember it is the evil pharmacy companies, bill gates and soros who are using this pandemic and the vaccines developed to track you, cause sterility, and cause your dna to be altered and any number of other whacko theories. Even tho the vaccines are meant to lessen the symptoms of covid and potentially mitigate serious consequences of getting covid....you are free to follow whatever path you choose.
But do continue to read all the expert theories and reports that are spawned daily on the 'Net because we all know if it's on the 'Net it must be true...:) Just look at the medical opinions that can be found here...on a fishing forum...:) And if anyone wants affirmation of their position visit sites like freerepublic and lucianne.com where folks will find support for their views. There are some real experts there who know all about the evil vaccines and their use for world domination...and they are real entertaining...:)

I tried to tell her that but she insists our neighbors sister got covid and was given ivermectin in the hospital. You can tell her that is impossible. Once admitted, hospitals have to follow FDA guidelines for treatment. The only 5 cases I know of was done after a court order.
