The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be having our sixth meeting of 2021 this Thursday night August 12th. We will be meeting at Primos Restaurant in the same complex as Bass Pro Shops in Garland, and we will either be in the main dining room or on the upstairs patio. Please ask the hostess when you get there where to go. We will get started at 7:00PM. We will be taking memberships for 2021. Membership costs $30.00 and it includes your entire immediate family. If you will be a new member, you must attend the meeting to join. Other topics include:

Results from last months tournament on Lakes Lavon. If you did well, you get to tell everyone all about it. We will talk about our tournament this coming Saturday on Lake Ray Hubbard. We will go out Chandlers Landing Marina ramp and fish 5:00-1:00. Full details will be posted here in the Bass Clubs section. We'll talk about off limits, no wakes, fish care and also do Partner Finder for anyone looking for a ride or a partner on Saturday.

We will choose a finishing time for our September tournament on Lake Richland Chambers on September 11th. We will run registration and weigh in out of Oak Cove Marina. First cast will be 6:45AM.

We will talk about details of our Club Championship which will take place November 13-14 on Lake O' The Pines.

We will be distributing shirts and hats that were ordered. We may not have all of them as with so many things in our country right now, inventory is hard to get.

Remember to qualify for the AOY, and the Club Championship in November you must fish 5 of 9 members only tournaments and also participate in a Community Event. Our signature Community Event of course is Fish For A Cure coming up on Sunday October 31. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. We will discuss FFAC. We need volunteers to bring this event back to where we were in 2019 pre Covid. We need sponsors, raffle items and volunteers. Bring at least one with you on Thursday!
