This time it's in chicken. I've never tried this marinade before....honey mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Got the juices trapped and inside the poultry by poking holes, and now gonna let it soothe all day and grill it for dinner tonight, along with some smoked sausage. Ever tried this? I haven't.

Looks risky, but could be great.
If there is actual honey in that honey mustard, it could burn at the temp chicken pieces like to be cooked at (350-400)

Bottle says made with real honey. I may have to do the JKF method to keep from flaring up.

I make a combo or mustard and soy sauce and marinade my Lamb Chops and sometimes my Ribeyes.

Try flattening them prior to grilling they will cook faster less flare up

Flattening is good if you are making fajitas, chicken fried chicken, or shake and bake.
