I figured to be 103 kegs. Kegs and Barrels has Shiner Bock at $100/ keg (which seems cheap), so that's $10,322.58

It's not practical to cool a container that big. I would get a huge cooler with a hose nipple one each side. Put coils of copper pipe inside and pack the cooler with dry ice. Run the warm beer through the cooler between the the tank and your glass to quickly chill it.
