Castledine just posted a video....no idea how some of you all fish on some of these crowded [censored] lakes! Even at its worst....seems like ive been lucky enough not to have to play bumper boats like in Castledines video! Ivie wasnt even that bad...and I was there during the whackfest (not whacking them myself unfortunately )

Right now crappie are costing me about $100 a pound. Bass are up to $500 with all the tackle I have. Thinking of selling all my stuff, buying some waders and a fly rod for trout.

Forget it, when you start adding up that cost you will go into a hole too. Golf, fishing, bowling, any type hobby is a money hole. The difference at least to me is the money I do spend on it is worth the enjoyment of doing it. The tangible part is where the value is for me.

Come to the dark side and get a Hobie Pro Angler. LOL No registration, no trailer, no gas, very little maintenance. Seriously, I started to feel the same way and sold my Skeeter and bought a couple Hobies (PA for me and Outback for my son). There are times that I miss the Skeeter, but 97% of the time I greatly enjoy slowing down and keeping it relatively simple.
