The definition of SAL has changed. So yes, 20 fish entered into the program as overs or 8+ pounders.

I have fished Clear Lake , the Delta and Ray Rob .
Not even close for how good they can be ---- Clear lake is insane for big bass --- the problem is those bass have so much to eat and they are incredibly pressured . If you like weeds ---- Clear Lake is the place to go . Delta is tough , it's a tidal water and changes by the hour ---- gotta know how to read tides throughout the entire waterway and when you think bass will " turn on " based on tides that differ greatly in how area's fish . Guys that know it can dominate tourneys . I personally hate the Delta mainly because area's can be very dangerous to navigate . People die in the Delta every year . I personally know three guys that have either had collisions or ran aground on ever changing sand bars or hit a submerged car and took out their lower units . There is an area close to Stockton that tons of stolen cars are driven off the embankments and are never taken out .

Where did they get that pic of Ray Roberts at? Been all over that lake and have never seen anything that resembles what's in that pic.
