Hell no. Only to one of my close fishing buddies who have been on my boat numerous times. Yep and if he's that good of friend that I would let him use my boat it would be for free just fill it with gas when you return it.

Let's not forget about the crazy amount of insurance you'd have to get to be able to legally do that. Or the lengthy contract, waivers that wont protect you anyway that you would need a lawyer to draw up and the formation of an LLC which once set up is additional accounting. Then let's say you do all this and you have a booking and one of the idiots tears boat up. You just gonna cancel next booking cause you only have one boat????? Here is what I'm actually hearing when I read this, you have payments, maybe things aren't going well. Just sell the stuff and get out of the payments cause if they tear it up you will still have payments and a torn up boat and possibly toy hauler that will then be worth nothing. Just my 2 cents........  Stop trying to talk him out of it, in a rented boat I could get to places I’ve never been. Don’t even need gps.
