Thst landscape mode is probably in a a saltwater aquarium full of 30 lb plus fish and they're showing 20 ft out.

The landscape mode was far from unreal, it looked like I had my settings all jacked up on my perspective mode. Zero hate from me, I have all three brands on my boat. I just wish someone would take a head and shoulders lead so a consolidation actually made good sense. They key point is a bunch of folks have been patiently waiting for this to come out and what they've shown so far is a massive disappointment given the hype.

I don't see how anyone can come to the conclusion that HB live "sucks" based on a youtube video. I also highly doubt most of you are "professionals" when it comes to electronics.

glad I dropped the cash on my Garmin 126! I am very unimpressed with this bird mega live. that's comparable to commodore 64 and the Oregon Trail!

Pros also use the worst reels possible. Don't mean there the best either but who pays them to fish.

These guys, and gals, get paid big money to "sell" a product and many of them sell their souls for said company.

I have hundreds tied up in Ethernet Switches, adapters, cables, dongles, y-adapters, etc. to hook all my Birds up so the "No extra parts needed" has me confused.

No the fact that the Mega Live doesn't need an external processor box is a plus...unless it turns out that they will change it in the future when Mega Live 2 comes out and the picture is what many were expecting it to be?

Then again there are thousands that have been waiting for a product that is a good as a PS5 and they drop a PS2 on the market.

The hype and the long delay is what has most people severely disappointed.

Yea I been hyping this up so I could buy it....i think ill just go with Mega360. I dont know....wont be a few months regardless, maybe ill change my mind once the time comes....but this didnt blow me away like I wanted it to!


agree!!!! Who gives a [censored] what pros use. Doesnt all the brand shifting the last 1-3 years not prove that it really dont matter what brand it is?....as long as its working for you. These pros are simply spokesmen...plain and simple. Seems to be mixed reviews on the landscape mode, some think it’s fascinating and some think it looks like garbage. Interesting to read comments and find out who the homers are.

One thing I think some realize is when your viewing these videos they don't always look that way while they are live on the unit. That goes for all brands. Plus we all know that a bunch of tarpon look awesome on live scope but bass are harder to see. Its just marketing. As of now, the images don't look any better than the competition but we won't really know until people start getting them on their boats. Yes, I'm an electronic professional lol
