Well that was a good fish fry. I ate and ate til I was full but I didn't let that stop me. Ate some good dove, thank you SallySue, some great fried fish of several kinds, sausages, an' I ferget just what all, but many thanks to all who brought all those good vittles and for cookin' 'em up. I had a good food glow goin'. I was pleased to get to talk to some of ya and put a face with a name. Pleased to meet YC. Nice piece of work ya did there and thank you for thinkin' of it and doin' it. I was hopin' to get to talk to more of ya but we went fishin' and when we came back only found James holdin' down the fort. But that was good cause I then got to talk to him. Nice man and nice a him to stick around to help clean up and watch over things. Congratulation to all you top ten winners and you wimmin that whupped us good! Thank you Fools4Fishin' for puttin' this together and a big thanks to MrG for ramroddin' the contest and keepin' up with it through the months. Good job y'all. Hope we have anothern! Well when we went fishin' Kellie got her a big hybrid 21.5 incher. I told her she could start postin' on the BB thread if she caught a nice hybrid and held it up for a pic. The wind was a blowin' and we was goin' up and down, up and down, but our minnas came through for us. Kellie caught that hybrid and a nice keeper SM, three whites, a catfish and a LM. In between times I managed to boat a coupla keeper hybrids. The wind got up too high and we started to get wet from the waves breakin' on the bow so we headed back to the pavillion.

Now that I've caught up on my nap! What a great time. I know the G clan had a blast! Thanks to the Fools4fishing crew it seemed like it all went off without a hitch. Thanks also to all the good folks who donated door prizes and a big one to Slabndeep for all the refreshments. I kinda felt bad about bailing a little early but had Kelsey's theater performance to clean up for. Appreciate the folks who stayed and buttoned everything up.

Sure was nice to see everyone again and meet some new folks. Missed a few from last year too. What an honor to have our very own TFF moderator drive from up north to keep us in line. Glad you made it down and back home safely Sharon and Cave (even though I gave you GPS numbers to the wrong pavillion).LOL

Todd and I talked today, the deep diver Gizz4 is available now, and should show on the website this week or next. Todd wants to wait on the Gizz3 til fall, no further details, he just doesn't want to get too far ahead of ourselves, so Sept, Oct?
