I have a rental listed on zillow, I clearly says 1 dog under 20 pounds. Im have a dozen people applying with 2 big labs, one German shepherd and cats out the arse. I'm not sure what is not clear about 1 dog under 20 lbs...... Writing is also at a low!  Predictive text on phone is devil In my case I suck at English.

I don't have a dog. Would my collection of highly venomous snakes be considered pets? If you add all 15 together, they don't equal 20 pounds. I probably won't have them too long any how since they are always escaping.

And let me add that there appears to be a budget problem, if you are spending a third of your monthly income on rent you are an idiot and I dont want you in my house A room will rent for $800 out here and we are in no way close to living in an expensive market. 3/2 1500sqft will rent for 2K.

I always said no pets whatsoever and I was going to do a check every 3 months. That way they would sometimes, not always, at least pick up all the dog turds out of the carpet every 3 months.
