Great job, SkeeterGuy.....so far it's been an absolute grind for my month of April. May be my worst month yet. Been eating too late while outta town, gets me every time! Exercise is there but so is eating...

i had a pacemaker installed on Wednesday

my heart was beating 28 beats per minute

Dayyum, butch. You need to watch yourself. Hopefully pacemaker will keep that thumper more consistent. I figured being on this board would do the opposite and make heart beat 128beats per minute. I guess you take it in stride. Speedy recovery, bro!

I've only gained two pounds since April 1st weigh-in. New weight is 228. I'm lucky for that because I have been eating bad and social drinking too late in the evenings and every weekend. I have not stopped exercising has been my only salvation. We've got two more weekends of reg season ball and then playoffs start. That's when parents all get together for long weekends, drink, visit, and eat late every night. As good as our team is this year, I suspect we will continue to play through the end of May. For that reason, I'm taking a month off. I will start recording my weight again on June 1st. I will still reach my goal of 215, but I'm gonna take a break from the rat race. Hopefully, you guys will stay tuned in and continue to lose and get more healthy. I will see you back on June 1st. Good luck!
