Today (5/13/21) I placed an order for two in-stock items. The automated reply email I just received a short while later informed me that my order will be processed on 5/31/21!
From that point, normal shipping transit time starts. Wow! I'm glad I didn't need anything right away.

Everyone else is leaving California, seems like it might be time for them to take a look too. I placed an order last Friday as well, and got nothing but a confirmation email so far. I know it's not their fault, and they did say as such when I placed the order, but I have a feeling California is costing them a lot of business right now on top of the ridiculous taxes they collect.

I didn't bother looking at the home page as I went more directly to what I needed. I didn't say they were deceiving customers; I just noted that getting something a month later is not very typical for the modern world - at least, until now.

Even as you checkout it gives you all the shipping options, with the dates for each option IN RED. You can do the free shipping and not complain since its free, or you can pay $11 like I did for second day air. Placed an order yesterday at 430 pm, and got the tracking number about an hour ago.

Simple thing to do is pay for 2nd day air. I am waiting on the TW warehouse store to open in Georgia and hopefully ground shipping will be much faster. Until then...2nd day air for me.

Also, im pretty sure you can call them and upgrade the shipping and get them to process your order quicker. I cant even imagine how slammed that company is with every Tom, Dick and Harry hoovering up tackle since Covid started. I just consider the $11 shipping upgrade a covid tax LOL

Save some money...just have someone that’s moving from Cali to Texas bring it to you. They are moving here every day.

Placed my order and got an email within 24 hours telling me the day my order would ship. I have no problem with that but then again I am old enough where a sears catalog was a player as a kid. 6 weeks was normal

Support your local tackle shops.

I almost always do the two day. Even now they process and ship pretty quick. The last order I placed wasn’t anything I needed quick so I did regular shipping. Buy why would it take them 2 weeks to pull the order them ship? Apparently if you’re not paying for fast shipping your orders are put way in the back of things to do. It’s took 2 weeks to process them another two weeks to arrive.

yep I have a feeling its gonna really hurt them in the long run...
