It's easier to report the driver...enough complaints to UPS and they will get rid of them. I had to do it to a FedEX driver here many years ago.

Side Note: For what I read sounds like some threats were made. Also not a good idea to go into another's vehicle and try to take control of it. Also chasing the delivery truck and using force to keep it at a location until police arrived. Again not a good idea. The lady arrested should have just called the police and let them handle her complaint. She could have also called the delivery company where the driver was employed to report his driving. Plain and simple. Just my two cents. 2cents
