FYI guys:
1. Canada does have a written constitution.
2. Although Canadian- born, Neil Young is a US citizen.
3. Eastern Europe is actually dirty and cheap.
4. Canada spends 9% of it's GDP on healthcare, not 50.
5. By definition, permafrost never thaws.

Why do you think the DEMs are always attacking the Bill of Rights. It limits the power of the Fed Govt and the DEMs see the Fed Govt as the cure to all ills.

It sucks to live in a country without a written constitution. Plus #1. But there are political organizations right now that want to do away with our constitution completely. They are making amendments to the constitution and say the constitution is out dated and needs to be changed.  they say its a living document, well they can go to hell.

From reading recent headlines it seems the work around is to send SWAT, MRAPs, and such to pick up white collar criminals,and for misdemeanors that upset the the FBI.
So the US has nothing to say about Canada.
