Thanks Doc. We have been catching a lot of nice bass each trip out. Catching more bass than last year so far. They put up some super fights.  Side Note: Had a HUGE BASS try to take a seven inch Bluegill from me the other day!  Based on your side note, it sounds like you needed to put a big hook in a 5 inch bluegill and give the huge largemouth another try.

Thanks Gitter and Barry for the replies.  Gitter: Rios have been hard to find in the hill country and central Texas. I have only caught a few this year. I did see good numbers further south. I think the freeze killed a lot them.  Barry: Yes Sir I thought about putting that sunnie back out there with a bigger hook for sure!

You guys have a pretty good "Honey Hole" ! Nice fish. Good job Catyakker catching that bass!  Side Note: Chuck: Has any of this past and current rain helped your bank fishing spots? How they look heading into summer?
