Wife and I were looking to relocate year before last but could not agree on where we wanted to wind up. Where we were initally looking at Bonham, Leonard, Caddo Mills, now given all of the Exodus we have started looking even further out.

bonham is still good but is growing, the wal mart strip is booming right now and new apts. goin in just down the road.

depending on what you want, ladonia is small but close to greenville and bonham. pretty poor area from the looks of town but outskirts would be good.

I am watching for the first rv park to go in on fm 100 or south of telephone, it's coming. roflmao

I just saw on the news that house prices are up 12% compared to last year. So far.

My wife and I bought a 10 x 4 plot at a cemetary in Rockwall. Comes with cremation, headstone plaques, and a memorial service. $12k. Before I assume room temperature and get planted there, I was going to build a 4 story condo on it. But they said that was a no-no.
