Says you can put them into private waters, but he still was transporting potentially infested water & slot fish. Who knows if he even has a valid license.

How is a game warden going to ticket him based on a video? Eyeballing and estimating the length of the fish? Did he show video of leaving the lake with the fish?
They probably have better things to do, with better evidence.

They probably have better things to do, with better evidence. LOL yes he did film everything even him dumping the livewell water out by his shop. If you don't think Texas Gws wont jump all over this you dont know any Texas game wardens

He was at Ivie today, saw him at the ramp around noon loading up and taking pictures with some kids.
