Hope the state saves the park. One thing I’m not sure I would want a lake house where the state or municipal entity does not own lake. Because what happens when the dam or gates need work or water needs to be pumped from trinity? There are some lakes down around Austin living that nightmare. Guess the developers will handle it lmao. J. D

J. D The lake would likely be drained, its going to be low anyways because the pipleline from the trinity is no longer filling it.
