Don't try to pass a long line of cars to cut in line and then get mad when I won't let you in. You can, however, flip me off if that makes you feel better. It's much better to cause a car crash than let somebody in that doesn't deserve to be in.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

My big gripe is open highway related.
Because I live out in the boonies we have to drive open highways, many with improved shoulders. If you are making a right hand turn use that improved shoulder to let traffic behind you maintain near their highway speeds. See this all the time when on a high speed roadway (we're a 75mph county) and someone will slow down and then put on a blinker and might move half way onto the shoulder then turn into a driveway or side road. Meanwhile traffic behind them is shutting it down, sometimes to a near stop to avoid them. Amen, especially if you are in a huge tractor/crane/forklift that's been going 25mph for the last ten miles with twenty cars patiently waiting all in row.

You can, however, flip me off if that makes you feel better. Just not the same at the computer screen but thanks for trying.

Rule #1: Using blinkers to change lanes is a sign of weakness. Using your blinker means you are asking if you can come over.

We were on John Jones (Crowley Rd) and this lady was stopped and had on her right blinker. My father went to go around her and she was in fact turning left...right into us.

I don't know if tractors can get up to those speeds unless they are being trailered. My little tractor will maybe get up to about 25 mph. When I'm driving it between it's storage spot and our house, I do watch out and move off the road if someone is approaching from behind. Those large farm tractors are a pain in the ****. I know they are necessary, but driving them any further than one mile without being trailered should be illegal.

You know it is on when a Corolla is in the far right lane with left blinker on.

If you are turning right at an intersection onto a multilane road, turn into the right hand lane. If you are turning left at an intersection onto a multilane road, turn into the left hand lane. In Texas you are allowed to choose any lane. Not exactly. Better check your bottom graphic. It looks like the blue car has one option, if you want to call it that, but not three. To me this should be common sense. Turn, then change lanes if you have the horsepower or ball$ but don't cross three lanes like a JackA. "Sec. 545.101. TURNING AT INTERSECTION. (a) To make a right turn at an intersection, an operator shall make both the approach and the turn as closely as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway."

That wouldn't work for the Amish, they would have to trailer their tractors with another tractor. It's funny to hear them talk about who has the fastest tractor. 28 is flying.
