Not if I can help it. I would not be close to you if I knew you had a gun. We saw what happened in Colorado with a mentally impaired with a gun.

So you think anyone with a gun is mentally impaired?

Did the Colorado hula hackbar possess a license to carry? No?
Do you know the hoops you go through to posses that license? No?

Then you indeed are clueless.

when I lived there open carry was a no license needed deal, if it is the same now he was probably legally carrying if in plain sight.
colorado was an open carry state long before most others even thought about it.

Don't ya think by chance that if you were there at the time that happened and you had a side arm strapped to your side, you could have ended that massacre early?

The absolute only reason one is scared of a gun is because they don't know the first thing about them, how they operate, firearm safety, and how to respect a firearm. Anybody such as myself that grew up with a dad that taught them how to operate and respect a firearm have no fears about them. There's obviously a correlation here on the pro gun folks vs the anti gun folks. The anti gunners are the way they are because they don't know the first thing about them!

I also love how people think an Ar-15 is a military weapon. Please go into combat with one and let me know how it plays out for you. Once again... Becasue they DON'T HAVE A CLUE. Their firearm instructionals are the media

Are assault rifles required to have AR in the name, like the AR-15, or can manufacturers call them what they want?

I gurantee you... If you had an AR-15, and renamed it something else that no one has heard of, they wouldn't be worried about! Remember, AR stands for "automatic rifle" or "assault rifle." Name it something else and those mouth breathers wouldn't think anything of it.

I just want an explanation on this......:

Why should I/we, a law-abiding, straight minded, gun owning, American citizen be punished by limiting what I can buy just because ONE person out of the 350 million people in the US doing something stupid? This is estimated 15 million people in the US that own at least one AR-15. Why shall all of them be punished because one person decides to use one for mass homicide? Please, explain. Someone.....

Also, explain this to me.. I'm not going to mention who or where just for "security purposes." A member of my family in fact, legally owns an M16.. Pre-1986 Colt M16, select fire, fully automatic firearm. Explain to me how this full auto rifle hasn't grown legs and walked down to the store to start a massacre like the democrats think an AR-15 does? Wouldn't that maybe correlate to, it's about WHO is behind the gun...? Damn... If a civilian owned M16 or any full auto for that matter just sprouted legs and walked down to a school or store or nightclub like an AR-15 supposedly does, it would make that AR-15 seem like a toy! When was the last time you heard of a fully automatic firearm be used in a mass shooting? Hmm.. Maybe it's because the civilians that own those full auto firearms are are not a psychopath, such as the Boulder shooter, Parkland, Orlando, etc....

I just wish there was a way to convice them demodumbs that a gun doesn't walk itself down to a public place and start pulling it's own trigger. When are we going to put the blame where it belongs?

Oh yeah and by the way, American doesn't have an "assualt rifle problem." 9 were killed in Atlanta last week via handgun. hammer

There is no such thing as a assault rifle it’s a made up term by the media and Democrats. AR is a abbreviation for the company that came up with the rifle ArmaLite and the first rifle was a 30 caliber therefore AR-10 and the military wanted it in a smaller caliber so the AR-15 was made.

I don't know guns but I do know the AR15 is the civilian version of the M16.

Thank you TFF Bunker for teaching me this years ago.

Gun snobs. Got to love them.

I know what AR actually stands for... lol. I was speaking from a Democrat’s point of view... you’d be surprised the amount of them that thing AR stands for “assault rifle.”
