Yes Sir. He's a great crappie angler, but he will watch what everyone is doing and where they are doing it at so he can locate the brush piles. Now that he lives in Somerville I'm sure he has most of these locked in on his electronics. Never been fishing with him. We were supposed to tarde trips together, I was going to put him on some awesome black bass fishing and he was going to put me on the crappie, but it never happened. We only talked about it. He use to date my cousin is how I know him. And that was many years ago. I was just kidding about the pot licking thing, he only does what all anglers do, watch what is going on and where it is happening at. We are all guilty of this at some degree. LOL

2yrs ago he tried to claim he had the lake record for crappie - which was false. Using it to market his Crappie Kingdom. Was a lengthy argument.

I wont speak bad about another guide - I also just don’t agree with his style.

To this day I'm not so sure he has ever put his own brush pile out, just saying. I call it pot licking big time. But he has side scan and he can cover some water looking for them, all he has to do is go by a person and write down one GPS mark and he can go back and find them easy. He did this on Granger lake as well. Just ask Tommy. LOL
A few years ago, or maybe last year he posted a black crappie he claimed to be the lake record, same one you talking about?
