One of the reasons I like to hang out here with you folks is the diversity each of your bring to forum. Yes, we bust each others chops on occasion (ok every chance we get), mostly it's light hearted jabbing. And sometimes feathers get ruffled, or we push a little to far. but all in all we share a common thread of a love for the outdoors and fishing. That being said, everyone makes investments in life. Some invest in security, and financial stability. Some invest in experiences, travel and memories. Would I spend $350 on a steak? probably not. Would I razz someone for doing so? probably. My final thought, invest wisely, but invest in what you want. Not what someone else thinks you should.

Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.

God doesn't create temporary people, you will spend eternity somewhere. Choose wisely.

Wonder how much anyone would pay to have Emeril Lagasse come throw crushed red peppers on your seafood pasta and yell "BAM!!"

That has to be worth $240

$350 is like $35 to some people. He’s not going to be in a financial bind for spending $350 on a steak. If you have the means, then enjoy what you like. I bet that steak was awesome.

I have no idea who "Salt Bae" is and I always thought the pic of him doing his signature move was just a meme of Johnny Depp dressed as Capt. Jack Sparrow throwing salt on something! woot

I only invest in single family homes in the beautiful town of Arlington, Texas. It has the best public transit and public schools and there's no traffic there either!

Man that's cool, what an experience.

As long as people are taking care of their affairs', I don't care what they spend money on, I assume nearly everyone at some point in their life spends dumb money on dumb things, lord knows I have.

I doubt it's as nice as that place, prices are certainly less, but if you're in New Orleans, you need to get a table at Doris Metropolitan. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had.

He wouldn't touch it on a paper plate, but on a fine piece of china, he may be fooled into taking a few bites.

There's a $100 hamburger in aviation but the theory is that it costs $100 by the time you fly to the destination, pay for the fuel, food, etc.

This is actually a $100 hamburger! Wow!

I can't say I've seen a true $100 burger but maybe I'm missing something.
