Cheapest you can get is the $599 93sv on sale. It’ll work, but you’ll probably end up wanting a bigger screen. (If you learn how to use livescope anyways). I have a 7” with Active Target. But I have 20/20 vision. It’s great. Shows absolutely everything, in the same resolution as a bigger screen. All the processing is done in the interface box. Yeah, the 7” works for you; because you can’t catch fish! I can honestly say I caught more before live sonar. Hell. I almost ran into a dock last night, staring at the screen chasing a stupid fish. Hahaha

Still less when you add the “scout mode bracket”!

go to the garmin site and find one of the echomaps with no transducer, mine is the 92sv plus, great unit and it was only 600.00 and is dedicated to my livescope.
have a 93sv plus with the force tm and another on the console.

If you only want to run livescope then the GPSMAP 1022 is the way to go. It's specifically made to run live scope so it has no other sonar capabilities. If you want other sonar OR you want the touch screen then go with the 93sv UHD. It's in the same price range.
