To say that "Joe B" has learned all the blues scales and does it well, is about all I can say.

I never liked his style of playing, or his music.

For the Flying V, I prefer Albert King, simply because he is iconic, even though his is just blues as well. I simply prefer his "voice" and songs.

Paul Stanley is my "favorite Flying V" player, but I am NOT claiming he is the king of the Flying V. He's simply my favorite.

Addendum: The V guitar in the attached photo is NOT a Gibson. He used Gibson a after 1974.
The LoBue Flying V was a guitar he had made in the early 70s but a N.Y. luthier. His LoBue was stolen sometime in '74.
Addendum II: The "Bandit" makeup was used for a couple shows, but he decided on the "one Star" look, suggested by Ace Frehley.
