Now the residents have an excuse not to bathe! My wife stopped at HEB onthe way through town and said it was quite the MADHOUSE!

Back in the day when I lived in San Angelo the water was so bad that you could pour a glass and let it sit overnight and have a substantial amount of sediment in the bottom of the glass the next morning. Also at that time I was a surgical scrub and we did more gall bladder surgeries per capita, they were daily I observed that if you were a visitor to San Angelo and drank water, coffee, tea or anything made with tap water you were likely to feel lethargic and kinda blah the next day We did bottled water the whole time we were there

thats a ridiculous statement Arlington is consistently voted as the best municipal water in the country i have never heard anyone complain until now
