PRP injection for me left elbow done 6 years ago right elbow 2 yrs ago both pain free. The only drawback it is painful for about a month after that it gets better every day. I use Dr. Weglein in Bellaire

I didn't have a guide , I just started doing tons of research . I was really tired of my doctors wanting to either do surgery or prescribe meds .Luckily , I ran into a lady that owned a health food store . When I described the level of my joint pain and constant sinus head aches --- she asked me about what foods I ate --- after I told her -- she laughed at me and said there was no way I could ever be healthy --- and my diet was good compared to most .
. Sugars , chemicals and dairy are a big problem -- create a lot in inflammation . Detoxing your liver and rebuilding your gut track are key to a strong immune system . My adult son , came down with Alopecia areata several years ago . Dr's just wanted to jack him up on all types of steroids , that made it worse . I put him on a program to rebuild his gut track , detox his liver. All his hair grew back and he feels way better . If you have any questions , feel free to send me a PM --Robb [/quote]

Will do. I have a nephew whose son has alopecia. If there's a cure of ANY sort, we'd sure like to know about it. Tried everything else the doctors have recommended.

I have had severe pain issues with my right elbow and shoulder both were treated with steroid shots and physical therapy then I kept doing the exercises for several months. I thought for sure I would be having surgery but fortunately the treatment worked.

I just had surgery on mine 6 weeks ago. Fought it 15 years off and on, Did learn to throw left handed though :), Feels good now, If you have tennis elbow this is what the doctor told me: The tendon responsible does not get good blood flow and gets diseased, They trim it up and nick the bone and attach it to the bone to establish good blood flow.
