Prayers up. Is this the same Ronnie Kirkpatrick that fished BASS back in the 80's? If so, I knew him and traveled with him to tournaments in those days.

See if the nurses will facetime with y'all. That may help his spirits. We've done that some, they've kind of put him "to sleep" to keep him from moving all around so we haven't gotten to a several days.

I'll be praying for him.
My uncle has been in the ICU with pneumonia since 1/1. He has been off sedation since Saturday and still won't wake up. He's on the ventilator still, but they are about to extubate him and do a tracheostomy tomorrow. He has been Covid negative every time they've tested him, I think 6 times...I hear people with Covid can sometimes take weeks to wake up once sedation stops, but they have no idea why my uncle won't wake up. He is/was extremely sick...
